What is 18K gold vermeil?

Vermeil is a thick layer of 18K gold over a sterling silver base. It has the warm color and weight of solid gold jewelry, at a price that lets you wear it every day.

What does limited edition of 15 mean?

Every design in Low Tide is made in an edition of 15 pieces, and that is all there will ever be. The first piece of each design is ready to ship from Venice Beach. After it sells, the remaining pieces are made to order.

How long does shipping take?

Pieces that are in stock ship from Venice Beach within a few business days, with tracking sent by email. Made to order pieces ship in about 2 months, and I will keep you updated along the way. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Can I wear my jewelry in the water?

Please take your pieces off before swimming, bathing or showering, and put them on after lotion and fragrance. Water, salt and chemicals wear down gold over time.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store each piece on its own, away from moisture. Polish gently with a soft dry cloth. A little care keeps the gold glowing.

How do I know my ring size?

Each listing shows the ring size, and every piece is photographed on the hand true to size. If you are not sure about your size, email hello@victoriamaddox.com and I will help you.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. Email hello@victoriamaddox.com to start a return.

Who designs the jewelry?

Every piece is designed by me, Victoria Maddox, a Venezuelan jewelry designer living in Venice Beach, California. The ocean shapes everything I make.
